Policies for Single Tickets
- All ticket sales are final.
- No refunds or cancellations.
- Tickets may be exchanged, subject to availability, until 6:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled performance for a $3 per ticket fee (waived for subscribers)
- Group tickets may not be exchanged.
- Day-of-show exchanges may be completed up to 2 hours prior to curtain for a $5 per ticket fee ($3 for subscribers).
- Children under 5 are not permitted in the theater.
- Ticket exchanges will be handled at the Sales Office window the hour before any curtain time at the management’s discretion
- Tickets may ONLY be exchanged for other performances of the SAME show.
- Exchanges into a more expensive performance and/or seating area require payment of the additional amount at the time of the exchange.
- Tickets may be donated up to two hours prior to performance.
