The Grand Lobby

Restrictions:
- The Grand Lobby is only available for rental when there are no performances in the building or when a group buys out all performances in the center.
The Terrace

- During pleasant weather, the magnificent outdoor Terrace on the third floor of the Mead Center becomes the most desirable location in the entire complex
- Covered by one of the largest cantilevered roofs in the world, the open-air Terrace offers breathtaking views of the Southwest waterfront and the Washington Monument.
- Complete with its own VIP staircase and entrance from Maine Avenue allowing guests to access private events without having to go through the public lobby.
- In colder temperatures, outdoor heaters can be arranged.
Rehearsal Halls

- Our most adaptable spaces, rehearsal halls can be used for special events, receptions, meetings, rehearsals and performances.
