Arena Stage Outbound Sales Representatives Telemarketing Department

We are seeking telephone sales representatives for the 2012/13 theater subscription season at Arena Stage! Responsibilities include promoting the upcoming theater season over the phone, selling subscription packages for Arena patrons, and helping previous patrons renew subscription programming.

The ideal candidate will have a powerful passion for the arts and experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer relations. Some computer skills needed.

Respondents should be highly motivated, reliable, punctual, outgoing, trustworthy and creative. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a group environment and demonstrate flexibility and creativity in understanding the patron’s decision-making process, helping them envision the theatrical experience they will enjoy and effectively communicating the benefits of purchasing.

Position is part-time, base salary, plus commission and bonuses in a great work environment at the Arena Stage. Hours are flexible: primarily evenings with some weekend and daytime shifts. There is also strong management potential as we promote from within!
